| The management of the affairs of the trust shall vest in a board of trustees the board shall have the entire powers incidental to and necessary for carrying out the administration and management of the trust having record tot the objects and purposes thereof. In the absence of consensus the board shall function in accordance with the decision of the majority of the members of the board. |
